These terms apply when you use worthback.in or ask Worthback for cashback. By using the website you agree to them. Please read them together with our Cashback Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy and Privacy Policy.
1. Our service
Worthback lists offers from partner stores. When you buy through a Worthback link, the store may pay us a commission, and we share part of it with you as cashback under the Cashback Policy. Worthback is free to use.
2. Who can use Worthback
You must be at least 18 years old and live in India to receive cashback. Each person should use one email address and one UPI ID with us.
3. Stores and your purchases
When you click an offer you leave Worthback and buy directly from the store. Your purchase is a contract between you and the store. The store alone is responsible for its products, prices, payment, delivery, returns, refunds and customer service. We do not sell any products.
4. Offers
We publish offers after confirming their rate and conditions, and we try to keep them accurate. Stores can change or end offers, sometimes without notice to us. If an offer on our site differs from what the store confirms for your order, the store's confirmed terms decide the cashback. Cashback is a reward, not a right, until the store approves your order.
5. Fair use
You agree not to:
- report orders you did not place, or orders placed without using a Worthback link;
- place fake, bulk or resale orders, or orders you intend to cancel, to earn cashback;
- use several email addresses or UPI IDs to get around any limit;
- misuse our links, copy our content, or interfere with the website's security or operation.
If we reasonably believe these terms have been broken, we may decline or reverse cashback and stop providing our service to you.
6. Our content
The Worthback name, logo, design and text on this website belong to Worthback. Store names and logos belong to their owners and are used only to identify their offers.
7. Limits of our responsibility
We provide the website "as is". We are not responsible for a store's products or services, or for cashback a store does not confirm. To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility to you for any claim is limited to the approved cashback we owe you. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Indian consumer protection law.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. The "Last updated" date shows the latest version. Changes apply from that date, but cashback already approved is paid under the terms in force when it was approved.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Manipur have jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any right you have to approach a consumer commission elsewhere.
